Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 7 to 10 business days after the order is received. All orders are shipped via USPS and confirmation number is provided via email.
Returns
You may request a refund if you are not completely satistied with your item(s). All returns are subject to approval and item(s) must be in their original packaging unused.
To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below and allow for 24 to 48 hours to hear back from us.
1. Email us at [email protected] with your original order number, date of the order and amount of the order as well as the item(s) ordered
2. Please include pictures of the item(s) and a brief description of why you are requesting a return
3. If your request is approved, you will be asked to pay the return postage and a return label will be sent to you via email.
